Day 1
Depart from designated pick up points in Cork City and county. Travel eastwards to Rosslare to join the morning sailing from Rosslare to Fishguard. On arrival in Wales, we continue our journey to Cardiff, arriving at our hotel in the early evening. After check in and dinner, we are free to relax and enjoy the sights of the area.

Day 2
After breakfast, we will enjoy a leisurely day in cosmopolitan and vibrant Cardiff. Take in a morning tour of sites such as the Museum of Welsh Life or St. Fagan's National History Museum or the Millennium Stadium. As its such a compact city, it is ideal for exploring on foot. Spend the afternoon further exploring or indulge in some shopping. Later in the day we return by coach to the hotel and enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3
This morning, we will depart the hotel and travel to nearby Swansea, Wales second city, which has many interesting, centrally located sights to visit. Enjoy tours of the Dylan Thomas Centre, situated in its Maritime Cultural Quarter, or Plantasia, a unique giant hot house garden with a huge variety of unusual exotic plants. In the afternoon we will continue to Mumbles, the sea front resort of Swansea. After an interesting day, we will return to our hotel for dinner and the rest of the evening is at leisure.

Day 4
Today we will be joined by a local qualified guide on our full day tour to Blaenavon. The area of Blaenavon is of such importance to the coal and iron world that it is officially recognised as an UNESCO World Heritage Site, the same status as the Egyptian Pyramids and the Taj Mahal. There are various museums and heritage centres to explain its unique history. We will return to our hotel for dinner and overnight stay in the late afternoon.

Day 5
This morning we will venture the short distance to Cardiff bay. This dockland area was transformed from its coal industry history into a popular visitor's destination in the late 1990's. Enjoy visits to a wide range of shops and restaurants, or explore impressive attractions. In the early afternoon, we will return to our hotel to freshen up before traveling the short distance to Cardiff Castle. Here enjoy a tour of the castle before a special evening at the Traditional Welsh Banquet. Return to our hotel afterwards for final overnight stay.

Day 6
After breakfast and early check out, we depart the hotel to travel back to Fishguard. We will return by afternoon ferry to Rosslare. We will journey back to Cork with comfort breaks en route.
